| TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--
|
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract of RCC Drain Construction works successfully completed within the last ten (10) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 300,000000 (Thirty Crore only).

[Note: If a Tenderer submits a specific experience certificate which was completed by a JV, the experiences of the JV partners will be determined as following:
i). Where the work is non-divisible: the Tenderer's business share of the JV of the previous specific experience shall be considered to calculate the value of his financial specific experience; but his physical specific experience shall be the whole physical quantity of the contract irrespective of their business share.
(For example, if a Tenderer named ‘A’ submits a specific experience certificate of a 100 m bridge construction work amounting to 10 crore BDT completed by a joint venture of ‘A’ & ‘B’ (AB JV) and the business shares of A & B in AB JV were 51% and 49% respectively, then calculation of the specific experience will be:
The financial specific experience of the Tenderer A = (10 × 0. 51) crore BDT = 5.1 crore BDT
The physical specific experience of the Tenderer A = 100 m bridge construction work.
ii) Where the works are divisible: The specific experience shall be determined according to their assigned component(s)/ activity(ies) described in the completion certificate.
[For example, if a Tenderer named ‘A’ submits a specific experience certificate of a 100 m bridge construction work amounting to 10 crore BDT completed by a joint venture of ‘A’ & ’B’ (AB JV) and the completion certificate describes that the works was divided between A & B as follows. A completed the superstructure valued BDT 6 crore and B completed the substructure valued BDT 4 crore. Then financial value of specific experience of the Tenderer ‘A’ = 6 crore BDT. and the physical specific experience of the Tenderer A = the superstructure of a 100 m bridge construction work.]
