The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 125.00 lac over the last 05(Five) financial years or best 05(Five) years in the last 10(Ten) Financial years.

 ii) The Tenderer must submit with the tender the above mentioned work certificates from the concerned Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Project
 Director.
 In case of the experience in Roads and Highways Department in Bangladesh the attested copy of the requisite certificate for experience as stated above shall be from
 concerned Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Project Director of Roads and Highways Department and shall be submitted along with tender.
 In case of the experience in an organization other than Roads and Highways Department in Bangladesh, the above mentioned certificate shall be from the concerned
 Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Project Director and the same certificate shall also be examined and countersigned by the Executive Engineer, RHD where the
 work has been constructed. The Original or attested copy of the above certificate is acceptable.

(a) Name of work.
(b) Name of the contractor
(c) Location of the work
(d) Date of signing the contract
(e) Time for completion of the work as per contract agreement.

(j) The tenderer must submit with the tender the above-mentioned work certificate(s) from the concerned Executive Engineer or Project Manager or Project

(k) In case of JVCA the partner in charge (Lead Partner) of JVCA must have the above experience to participate in the tender

 i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(One) contract(s) of "SBST Works" successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 lac.(Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of tender in e-GPsystem).
