1. Any / All tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document N.B: i) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary document(s), which will considered for tender evaluation. ii) Unnecessary / Excess document(s) are discouraged to upload/attach.
iii)If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2022, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
iv) Supplying Ready made Asphalt concrete products must be from Asphalt Batching Plants.
v) Location of Asphalt Batching Plant is to be considered in the evaluation of this tender. Note: All other information are available in TDS
