i) Any / All tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender, provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document.To submit e-Tender, registration in the National e-GP System portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.bd) is required.

ii) All tenderers, whether enlisted or not with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per the Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.

iii) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper

iv) Other Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.

The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk  8.50 (Eight Point Five Zero) Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.

Note:
i) Average Annual Construction Turnover will be calculated on the basis of Payment Certificates issued by respective authority.
ii) Only Payment Certificate will be considered in calculating turnover. Except payment certificate, no other documents/certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iii) All unreadable and unclear documents will be rejected.
