1. Up to date Valid MSR Trade License 2025-2026 with payment Slip.
2. Income Tax certificate for 2024-25 with Tax Return Copy.
3. Last month BIN return copy, Honour Card valid till 30.06.2026 & VAT Clearance Certificate of 2024-25 issued from Customs, Excise and VAT Commissionerate Office.
4. Attested copy of National Identity Card of the tenderer.

5.BMIHEDMA Certificate with money deposit receipt for the FY-(2025-2026)
6. Attested specimen signature and photo of the tenderer must be submitted.
7. Updated 2025 Chamber of Commerce Certificate and Payment Deposit Receipt.
8. Tenderer must submit previouse 3 years Audit report from a reputed Audit Firm with DVS.
9. Updated Notarized Affidavit of Sole Proprietorship declaration in case of sole proprietorship or RJSC certificate in case of Limited Companies. [ Not Signed before 01.08.2025]
10. Updated Notarized declaration by 1st Class Magistrate stating that the institution is not non bankrupt and not-blacklisted anywhere. [ Not Signed before 01.08.2025]
11. Import Registration Certificate.
12. Update Tenderer ISO Certificate must be submitted.
13. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Letter in the specified format (Form e-PG2-5) of e-GP. Otherwise, the tender will be non-responsive.
14. Evaluation committee preserve the authority to declare null and void any tender proposal without mentioning any cause. Evaluation committee is not bound to accept lowest rate proposed. No tenderer is allowed to ask for any query in case of rejected tender proposal declaration in company pad. PE is not bound to purchase all items of schedule.
15. 100% Sample must be submitted to the PE office before the deadline of submission. Received copy of Submitted sample item must be submit in E-GP system. If the quality of the sample is not considered appropriate by the evaluation committee, it will be considered as nonresponsive.

NOTE:
1. If Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) want to examine all original documents, Tenderer is bound to submit (Refundable).
2. Submitted documents will be checked online or by direct mailing with authority. In case of submission of any fraudulent document, Tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be directly blacklisted by the authority without any notice.
3. If any tenderer dose not fulfill properly the Tender Information Form (e-PG2-2), tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
4. PE may take appropriate legal action against any person who violates the rules of PPA-2006, PPR-2008 & PPR-2025, disturbs public interest, or obstructs procurement by false information.
5. Abnormal rates are not acceptable. According to the PPA-2006, PPR-2008 & PPR-2025 If the tendered will be consider non-responsive.
6. Work order will be provided as per rule and bills will be paid subject to receipt of survey committee certification after collection of goods as per work order. Income tax and VAT will be deducted from the bill submitted by the supplier as per government rules.
7. If a tenderer submits any kinds of false information or if the attached papers verification report does not reach in time, then the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) can make the tender non responsive.
8. This agreement will remain in force till 30 June 2026. Up to this time, the amount of work order will be given, the said goods will be bound to be delivered within the specified period, even if the contract period is extended up to three months in the public interest, an undertaking must be filed in its own pad.
9. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. Kindly requested to Provide all the documents correctly, asked not submit unnecessary or excessive documents.
