The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract in construction works of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology of Sub Base, Aggregate Base Type-I/Aggregate Base Type-II with Dense Bituminous Surfacing work (Plant Method) successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least BDT 20.00 (Twenty point Zero Zero) Crore. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website).

The Tenderer or JVCA Partner outside Bangladesh are not allowed.

Note :

(1) The Work certificate(s) shall clearly state: (a) Name of work (b) Name of the contractor. (c) Location of the Work. (d) Date of signing the Contract. (e) Time for Completion of the Work as per Contract Agreement (f) Value of the Work as per contract agreement. (g) Value of the Work after Completion. (h) Date of Actual Completion. (i) The tenderer must submit with the tender the above mentioned work certificate(s) from the concerned Executive Engineer or Project Director or Project Manager or appropriate authority. (j) In case of JVCA, lead partner must have the above experience to participate in the tender.

(a) The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
(b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any Tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.

The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 7.00 (Seven point Zero Zero) Crore.

In case of joint venture, Lead and each partner must submit liquid asset individually.

The date of bank statement showing liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be between the date of tender publication of IFT in the e-gp system and the date of tender closing.
