The Tenders shall have: 1) Valid Trade license, up-to-date TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate. 2)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Fivee) years. 3) The Tenderes shall have Experience of similar nature of work having contract amount of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac only. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenders shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac only. 5) The Tenderes shall have Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lac for the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate). 6) The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac only.
