1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB.
3) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
4) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2025.
5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

6) The concern contractor will have to arrange the required land for construction works by consulting with the local union chairman and owner of the land. The concern contractor cannot claim any additional compensation in this connection and if so; his claim will not be admissible.

7) Latest circular of BPPA and BWDB shall be implied.

8) After completion of the tender opening process, only downloaded documents of the tenderer from egp portal shall be treated as submitted documents.

9) The Contractor shall keep records of still pictures and videos of Pre-work, Ongoing work and Post work/Completion of work at his own cost.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Excavation/Re-excavation of river/khal/canal/irrigation canal/irrigation canal/drainage canal/pond/wetland successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 470.00 Lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

Note 1: For contracts under which the tenderer participated as a joint venture member or Subcontractor, only the tenderer’s share, by value, shall be considered to meet this requirement.

Note 2: Completion shall be based on the completion certificate of the completed works.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Excavation/Re-excavation of river/khal/canal/irrigation canal/irrigation canal/drainage canal/pond/wetland successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 400.00 Lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

Note 1: Completion shall be based on the completion certificate of the completed works.

The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 665.00 Lakh of the period may be best three (3) Financial years in the last five (5) Financial years.
