1) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall supply experience in the supply of goods and related services 2) Contractors having experience in construction of distribution lines in a single contract successfully worth value of at least Tk. 60 (sixty) Lakhs during the period of last 05 (Five) years.
3) The intending Tenderer must have valid updated Trade Licence (2017-2018), VAT & Income tax clearance certificate (2016-2017).Valid ABC Electrical licence etc. 4) Minimum average annual constructional turn over should be 1.50 (One point five zero) crore for this packages over the period of last five years. Completed work certificate from Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies will be accepted. Any works certificate from Pvt. Sector will not be acceptable. In support of annual turn over, experience, liquid assets, attested copies of work completion certificate, work order and schedule of works and bank solvency certificate with bank statement. Work completion certificate must be issued by the Executive Engineer or Equivalent. 5)The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital amount BDT 65.00 (sixty five) lakhs (steady balance for seven days) or credit facility(existing with available fund supported by bank statement) for each package. (6) Any conditional tender will be considered as non-responsive.
