1. All the e-gp enlisted contractor satisfying the criteria mentioned in e-PW2A document attached herewith as per latest PPR-2025 can participate in the tender. 2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender. 3. The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format. (Copy supplied, See sec-8) 4. It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained. 5. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard. 6. Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU. 7. Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted. 8. The tenderer must submit his NID Card. 9. If BWDB Owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and Specification, The bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. 10. The work must be executed as per Technical Specifications of BWDB uploaded at Sec-7 of tender document. The approved Taskforce Guideline uploaded at Sec-8 will be followed.
*** Payment will be made based on the quantity of pipes actually removed and subject to budget allocation. However, if pipe removal under any package is not possible due to local complications, payment for that package will not be made and It will not be declared as completed work. For this, no claim will be entertained.
