a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Repair & Renovation Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last 03 years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 18.00 lakh.(work order & completion certificate must be submitted)

b) According to CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.27.114(2).19-003; Date :12.01.2023 and CE,EED Letter Memo No : 37.07.0000.008.14.072.23.1166; Date :29.11.2023.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.

Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted from schedule bank as per CPTU prescribed form. Certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable & Bank statement will not be allowed.
