Note 2: Only Payment Certificate will be considered in calculating turnover. Except payment certificate, no other documents/certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.

Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)
Note 2: The tenderer shall submit the following document and calculation sheet:
i) Tender Capacity Calculation Sheet (Both hard copy and Excel Sheet soft copy as per attached format shown in Section No. 8: Particular Specifications).
ii) On-going works value Calculation (Both hard copy and Excel Sheet soft copy as per attached format shown in Section No. 8: Particular Specifications).
iii) Documentary evidence of ongoing works (Work order/ Notice to Commence and certified Latest bill copy).
Note 3: Tenderer must submit On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) details under all PE's Organization. Hiding On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) will be considered as fraudulent practice and actions will be taken against the associated tenderer according to PPR-2025.
