Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the Goods and related services under the contract: (a) Three years of General experience in the supply of goods & related services; (b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of printing paper and printing materials & related services or similar goods of minimum value of 8.00 Lac, under 3 (three) number of contracts, within the period of 5 years; and (c) A minimum one supply and/or production capacity of Goods as specified in the TDS.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service :	Supply of following Printing Paper and Printing Materials for printing of Krishi Diary 2018 of Agriculture Information Sevice Khamarbari Farmgate Dhaka (1). High quality Offset Paper: Size - 23''x36'', 61 gram, 350 reams; (2). High quality Offset Paper (for Pustani): Size - 23''x36'', 80 gram, 11 reams; (3). High quality Art Paper : Size - 23''x36'', 100 gram, 12 reams; (4). Black Ink Dyhan Pride or equivalent (2 pound container) : 36 container; (5). Colour Set Ink Dyhan Pride or equivalent (2 pound container) :02 container; and (6). CTP(DC) with page set-up; 72 Nos. (7). Properly signed Printing Paper should be submitted to the Director, AIS, Khamarbari, Farmgate, Dhaka in a sealed envelope before the tender submission deadline (ie. 27 September 2017, 01.00 pm); (8) The sealed envelope should be clearly marked with "Sample: Printing Paper"; and (9) Quality printing paper sample submitting tenderer will get preference.
