The tendered should have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the goods & related service under the contract : (a) Three years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services ; (b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of folding, setting, binding & other related activities of printed material or similar jobs of value of 9.00 Lac under 3 number of contracts within the period of 5 years; (c) The tenderer should be the member of any govt. approved printing & binding related association of in Bangladesh having printing & binding facilities of her/his own.
(1). Folding, setting & binding of about 30 to 32 forma "Krishi Diary 2018", double juice stitch with high standard foreign quality ''reccine'', 2 metal-round corner with one ribbon and on the cover page - golden fuel print (as sample shown) & logo of AIS or asper sample, both side with 80 gram "Pustani" with high quality foam on both side of the cover. Stitch in three sides of the cover; (2). Properly signed sample "Krishi Diary" should be submitted to the Director, AIS, Khamarbari, Farmgate, Dhaka in a sealed envelope before the tender submission deadline (ie. 27 September 2017, 01.00 pm); (b) The sealed envelope should be clearly marked with "Sample: Krishi Diary ". (c) Quality Diary sample submitting tenderer will get preference.
