(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor Management Contractor in the construction works at least 1 (one) number of 14 storied RCC building construction work including Sanitary, Water Supply & internal electrification with a minimum value of Tk 25.00 (twenty-five point zero zero) Crore. in a single contract under public sector successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years. c) The required average annual construction turnover under public gector shall be greater than Tk 28.00 (twenty-eight point zero zero) crore. over the last 5 (five) financial years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5(five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets i.e. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (must be submit in Form e-PW3-8) of Tk 7.00 (seven point zero zero) Crore.
