1.All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. 2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements : a) Valid trade license, up-to-date VAT and IT Certificate.
b) A minimum general construction experience of last 5 Years.
c) Specific experience of similar work is a single contract of minimum value of Tk. 10.00 Lakh.
d) Minimum Liquid Asset of Tk. 20.00 Lakh In case of credit facilities from the Bank it shall clearly be mentioned the name of work and Tender Reference No.The liquid asset or credit facilities certificates from competent authority should be not more than 28 days back from the date of submission.
e) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 Lakh over the last 5 years. 5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
f) The tenderer must submit analysis of quoted rate of individual items if the quoted rate is more than 10 percent less than the official estimated cost.
