TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of any Govt. Health Institutions/Semi-Govt./Autonomous Medical Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.	The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of any Govt. Health Institutions/Semi-Govt./Autonomous Medical Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	The satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar Goods in any Govt. Health Institutions/Semi-Govt./Autonomous of minimum Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten) Lac Only under minimum 01 (One) Contract in the last 05 (Five) Years. Years Counting Backward from the Date of Publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Note: NOA, Agreement, Work order should be submitted along with the certificate to prove the authenticity of the Completion Certificate. Otherwise, it will be considered as non-responsive by the evaluation committee.	The satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar Goods in any Govt.
