Description of Pulses:

01	Grain size	:	Should be small and there should be at least 600 whole grains per 10 grams of lentils and the grains should be whole and uniform in size.
02	The color	:	Yellow to red-orange
03	Time to boil	:	It should be boiled for 10 to 20 minutes on normal heat.
04	smell	:	A pleasant smell should be emitted during cooking
05	Shell	:	Peeled. must be free from unwanted particles(such as sand, stones etc.)
06	Descripetion of grains	:	The grains should be even. The grains should be of uniform size. The grains should be free from black/other colored grains.
07	Test	:	It should be Delicious.
08	Difficulty	:	The grains of lentils should break when chewed with the teeth but not flattened. That is, they should be properly dried.
09	Packing	:	The successful bidder should pack the lentils in hygienic high quality thick transparent polybags of 3.5 kg, 4 kg and 5.5 kg as per the instructions of the Police Headquarters.
10	Standard	:	Must be high quality small grain pulses.
