a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participate in the Procurement Proceses.
b) Reputed Suppliers who have minimum 01 (one) year of general experience in Furniture Supply (Furniture of Educational Institutions) counting backward from the date of tender publication in News paper.
c) Having experiance in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Furniture Supply (Furniture of Educational Institutions only) of Tk.2.50 (two lac fifty thousand) lac in a single Tender in Government/Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.4.00(Four) lac in the form of only PG2-5 mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate (Original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 28 (twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached. In case of credit facilities, conditional Bank certificagte treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted. The minimum credit facilities shall be available up to the completion of the work. e) The Tenderer must possess : up to date Income Tax clearance certificate & Trade license , VAT Registration certificate , National ID card. (f) Satisfying the other criterias laid down in the tender documents. (g) The provisions laid down in the PPA 2006 & the public procurement regulations 2008 shall be strictly compliance.
