All tenderers registered in egp portal and fulfilling the criteria mentioned in TDS are eligible to participate

The minimum capacity shall be: 0.75 Lac
The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.25-B)
Where
A=Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years
For Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) Lot, this qualification requirement shall
be mentioned separately for each lot in the package.
Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)
Note: The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents and calculation sheet:
i) Tender Capacity Calculation Sheet ( Both PDF copy and Excel Sheet soft copy as per attached format shown in Section No. 8: Particular Specifications)
ii) On-going works value Calculation ( Both PDF copy and Excel Sheet soft copy as per attached format shown in Section No. 8: Particular Specifications)
iii) Documentary evidence of ongoing works ( Work order/ Notice to Commence and certified Latest bill copy)
iv) Personnel Information as per format

i) Duly notarised declaration of eligibility of tenderer as per Section 1: Instructions to Tenderers
(ii) Evidence of annual Construction turnover in the form of Payment Certificates.
(iii) Evidence of availability of Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit facility (Bank statement/Certificate or Loan agreement with a bank)

(iv) List of key personnel and Construction Equipment as specified in ITT 29.2. (Section 7: General Specifications, Section 8: Particular Specifications and Section 9: ES Specifications..)
(v) JVCA agreement as specified in ITT 17. Joint Venture (JV)
(vi) Works plan and Statement of work method.
(vii) Tenderer's legal status & National ID Card.
(viii) Power of Attorney for authorizing signatory/Capacity of Signatory.
(ix) the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates.
(x) The tenderer shall submit the undertaking in the format shown in Section No. 7: General specifications of the Tender documents.
(xi) The tenderer shall submit liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities in the format shown in Section No. 8: Particular specifications of the Tenderd ocuments.
(xii) Valid and up-to-date Trade License;
(xiii) VAT Registration Certificate;
(xiv) TIN Certificate;

Tenderers shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

(i) Evidence of availability of Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit facility (Bank statement/Certificate or Loan agreement with a bank)

(ii) Tenderer's legal status & National ID Card.
(iii) Power of Attorney for authorizing signatory/Capacity of Signatory.
(iv) Valid and up-to-date Trade License;
(v) VAT Registration Certificate;
(vi) TIN Certificate;
