Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05(five) years of General experience in the Supply & Installation of Video Conferencing System,Office Equipments. and related services i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 2.The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01(one) number Supply & Installation of Video Conferencing System within last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk.145.00 lac (one Hundred Forty Five lac) in a single contract. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The Experience for supply contracts of Goods will be in the Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization 3. The Tenderer shall have successfully completion of Supply & Installation of Video Conferencing System & related Services having value of minimum Tk. 500.00 (Five Hundred lac) under maximum 05(five) contracts within last 05(five) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.If any Tenderer(s) should fail to comply with the requirements above mentioned, his tender shall outright be treated as non-responsive and shall therefore, not be evaluated.The Experience for supply contracts of Goods will be in the Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization 4.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 200.00 lac (Two Hundred lac).The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
