Eligibility of Tenderer :	i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years. ii) Tenderer shall have experience in successful completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of at least 1 (one) no. weigh scale with minimum contract value of Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lac, completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years. iii) The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. iv) Tenderer shall have required average annual turnover greater than Tk 20.00 (twenty) Lakh during the last five (5) years. v) Tenderer shall have minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities not less than Tk 10.00 (Fifteen)Lakh
