Agreement in payment method as PE may arrange a LC in a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, guided by the Bangladesh Bank. 3. Declaration: a) not-blacklisted anywhere b) no running criminal case. 4. Valid CE (medical device) and FDA clearance/approval of offered IORT system. 5. Warranty: minimum 5 years comprehensive warranty, including parts and labor as per contract. 6. CMC for the next 5 years after the warranty period as per the Gov role . 7. Agreement for Training: at least 2 weeks of clinical training for three (03) physicians at the country of origin of the equipment, plus Medical physicist training on-site. 8.The bidder shall provide a preventive maintenance schedule, service manuals, and a recommended spare parts list. 9.
