Special Instruction: 1. All the tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through e-GP portal. 2. All individual(s)/firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other government organization. 3) The Provisions laid down in the PPA 2006 and "Public Procurement Regulation 2025 " for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors. 4) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment. 5) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format(Form e-PW2A-8) without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered as responsive. Form e-PW2A-8 has been attached in Section 7 (General Specification) or may downloaded from CPTU website. No Bank statement will be accepted for credit line.
