(a). The minimum amount of liquid assets, credit line net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 2408000.00 (Twenty-Four Lakh Eight Thousand)
 

[Note: Must credit line be in PG-2 & 3 in CPTU format, If not In case of, the PE may Declare the Bidder Non-Responsive in Public interest.]

(b). The bidder should have a satisfactory bank statement and solvency certificate dated 01.07.2025 in the name of his own organization. There should be a minimum balance Tk. 2408000.00 (Twenty-Four Lakh Eight Thousand)
for 07 (seven) consecutive days before the date of publication of the tender Notice. Otherwise, TEC may declare the bidder non-responsive.
