Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : (A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil, Sanitary & Electric works worth not less than Tk.100 ( One Hundred) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (i) In case of work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government / Semi Government the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. Prescribed forms for work certificate are provided in tender schedule format “A” (Form W-9) Prescribed from for work certificate are also available in Tender Documents. The Flowing Documents to be submitted with the Tender. (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 150 (One Hundred Fifty) Lac only. (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 80 (Eighty) Lac only, supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documen
