Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Contractor enlisted in CPTU are eligible for this tender 2. Experience in successfully completion of at least one number of Similar works /civil works of amounting to minimum Tk 45 Lakh in a single work order in government / semi government organization during last five years. 3. a) Incase of work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the corncerned executive engineer, under home the work has been executed. b) Incase of work done under any government / semi government organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer of the organization (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer). 4. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turn over during the last 5 years from the date of publication of tender shall be Tk 120 Lakh. 5. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) / Credit facilities working capacity Tk. 37 (Thirty Seven) lakh. Bank statement of certificate (original) in support of liquid asset, working capital or credit facilities issued from the Bank on the date not before 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of Tender submission would be considered for evaluation. 6. The tenderer must enclose with tender upto date VAT Registration certificate and Income tax certificate from the NBR.
