4. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertained.

5. Quantity of supply work may increase or decrease. The design may be changed/altered/revised (if required) and quantity of tender item may be increased or decreased.

6. Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2025.

7. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification).
