1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The Tenderer(s) should have own 01 (One) nos minimum 18 " inches dia cutter suction dredger (s) in good condition and free Dredger. Tenderer(s) should also submit Registration, Up-to-date survey certificate of their dredgers and other ancillary craft . 3. The Tenderer (s) should submit Certificate/Authentic document mentioning the Dredger's suction diametre and ownership/Hiring documents of Long boom excavators.. 4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the dredging works at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 Crore . 5. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.00 (Five) Crore over the last 05 years. 6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.50 Crore ( One Crore Fifty Lakh)
7. The Tenderer(s) should have Own/Hire 02 (Two) Nos. Long Boom Excavators .
8. The tenderer should have to submit a detail information in tabular form regarding already deployed , commitement on deployment and free dredger .
9. The Tenderer (s) must have Up-To-date Trade License; TIN Certificate & tax clearance certificate or acknowledgment receipt of tax return; VAT Registration Certificate etc. 10. In case of joint venture all the partners should have ownership of minimum 1(one) nos. 18 (eighteen) inches dia cutter suction dredger. 11. And other conditions stated in STD.
