i) Trade license (Valid for 2025-2026)

ii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the assesment year 2024-2025 with TIN number;

iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets/ working capital/Credited facility of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15(Fifteen) Lac (Bank Solvency Certificate) 

iv) VAT Registration certificate;

v) Experience certificate/Work completion Certificate from any Organization on similar type of supply value of similar goods for Office Equipments under a single contract in the last five years is Tk. 15 (Fifteen) Lac. 

vi) Company Profile including permanent and local address of the Tender document signing authority.

vii) Printed Brochure/Catalogue is required for the item(s) mentioned in Technical Specification

viii) Affidavit of ownership of the firms.
