Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (5) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Sub Constractor/Management partner in successful completion of Similar nature boundary wall Construction work or building construction in/c boundary wall Construction of with a value of Tk. 70.00 Lakh (Seventy) Lakh in a single contract within last 5 (five) Years from the date of IFT. (c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 128.00 Lakh (One hundred twenty eight Lakh) over the last five (5) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 Lakh (One hundred Lakh) Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset. (e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 90.00 Lakh (Ninety Lakh). To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS. (f) Documents of valid and Up to dated Trade License, Income Tax and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh etc. shall be submitted. (g) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
