a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC framed structure building construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk.6.00 crore (Tk six crore only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in the prescribed format of tender documents. .
c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10.00 crore ( Tk. Ten crore only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 3.00 crore (Tk Three crore only). Line of credit must be in the prescribed format of tender documents
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 8.50 crore (Tk Eight point Five zero Crore only).
f) All Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender
g) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will e accepted in this regard.
