G. Contract Award
ITT Clause 61.Performance Security
5 % Performance Security shall be required.

ITT Clause 62.Form and Time Limit for Furnishing of Performance Security
Performance Security shall be submited within 7 days from the issuance of the NOA

ITT Clause 65.Retention Money and Contractual Security
If no frontloading or unbalanced is found in the Tenderer’s price, the Procuring Entity shall deduct at the rate of five (5) percent from each interim payment certificate as Retention Money.

If frontloading or unbalanced is found in the Tenderer’s price, the Procuring Entity shall deduct at the rate of

twenty (20) percent from each interim payment certificate as Retention Money if such recommendation is made by the TEC as per ITT Sub Clause 65.4.

The Contractual Security against the contract shall not go beyond ten (10) percent of the contract price.
