| TDS/PDS--G. Contract Award-- | If no frontloading or unbalanced is found in the Tenderer’s price, the Procuring Entity shall deduct at the rate of (10) percent from each interim payment certificate as Retention Money. |
If no frontloading or unbalanced is found in the Tenderer’s price, the Procuring Entity shall deduct at the rate of (10) percent from each interim payment certificate as Retention Money. If frontloading or unbalanced is found in the Tenderer’s price, the Procuring Entity shall deduct at the rate of twenty -five (25) percent from each interim payment certificate as Retention Money if such recommendation is made by the TEC as per ITT Sub Clause 65.4. |
