The eligible tenderer must submit the document as mentioned below.
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years. Number of years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 4.00 Lakh (Tk .Four Lakh). Number of years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c) The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.00 lakh (Tk. Seven lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of tenderers in progress or completed under public sector during last five years must be submitted along with tender. Turn-over shall be counted as years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk.6.00 lakh (Tk .Six lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed form of CPTU from any scheduled bank. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 3.00 Lakh (Tk .Three Lakh). (f) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted. (g) Up-to-date ABC License must be submitted. (h) All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of tender documents must be full-filled.
