Only copy of Completion Certificate as prescribed format of works supported by work order will be considered for evaluation. 4. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR-2025 Rule-127(1,2,3). 5. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document. 6.
