The Procuring Entity (PE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
It is the duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
Work order and payment will be made upon availability of budget/fund. No request from the tenderer will be entertained regarding this matter.
Only Payment certificate of construction work will be accept to count turn over. The payment certificate must mention the date of payment.
Contractor must have enlisted documents of LGED, RHD, Zila Parishad, Upazila Parishad or any other government/Semi Government/ Autonomous department.
