Valid Trade License mentioning similar Business. 4. VAT/ BIN Registration Certificate. 5. Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate. 6. Updated Income tax payment certificate. 7. Manufacturer's Authorization letter. 8. Manufacturer's must have ISO Certificate. 9. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 1300000.
