a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works. b) Tenderer must possess Up to date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up to date trade license,Up to date minimum third class license c) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 13 (Thirteen) lac Only during last 5 Years.Payment certificates, contract agreements of payment certificates and work completion certificates received from Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh must be submitted for calculation of construction turnover. d). Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk 18.70(Eighiteen point Seven Zero) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. e) Minimum specific experience in a single contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology completed successfully, each with an amount of at least Tk 13 (Thirteen) Lac only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.. f) All Payment/Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Government that is issue date, issue Number/code Certifier's name, address , contact number, email ID must be mentioned in all certificates.
