Financial Capacity: Annual turnover over 15 lakh, a minimum amount of liquid assets/ working capital, or unconditional credit facilities to complete the works. 4. Legal Compliance: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with TIN, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, any other required licenses or certificates specified in the tender document, such as ISO certificates or specific contractor licenses.
