1. Tenderers must be registered in e-GP Web portal
2. Fulfilling the conditions as stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should carefully read and follow the instructions of ITT Clauses.
4. Tenderers shall have to fillup necessary information and attached (map) necessary documents in the specified forms and locations in the e-gp web portal. Incompleteness of tender will be treated as non-responsive tender.
Special Instruction:
(a) Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
(b) Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) and executed by the public will only be considered as a qualification criteria.
(c) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of the work order with decreased quantity of the work.
(d) The tenderer will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract contract for performance of the works.
(e) Latest govt. circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
(f) The tenderer has to arrange land or other establishment by his own for execution of work. Test fee for the required test (as per direction of engineer in charge) conducted during/after the work to be paid by the contractor.
(g) Before and after the execution of work videos and picture have to be taken by the contractor on his own and submitted to the PE which representation the actual situation of work.
(h) Taskforce measurement report, uploaded BWDB specification and taskforce guideline must be followed by the contractor.
