Eligibility of Tenderer :	a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 130.00 (One Hundred Thirty) Lakh. c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lakh. over the last 05 (Five) years. d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh. In the Form e-PW2A-8 in original form. e. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2025-2026), TIN Certificate (2025-2026) & VAT Registration Certificate (13-Digit). f. Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC N.B: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Note: CPTU office letter Memo-21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202 Dated: 10.10.2019. His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as Non-responsive.
