The average annual construction turnover under the public sector as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS; The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 2,10,00,000.00 over the last 5 (Five) years. 4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor interior Design works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 1,50,27,000.00 BDT 5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 2,40,43,000.00 BDT 6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: i) UpdateTrade License. ii) VAT Registration. iii) Update TIN Number. iv) Nationality Certificate. v) Business Address. *** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
