The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. (b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01(one) complete Civil construction/Repairing work of Tk. 04.00 lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concern Department/ Organization. (c) The minimum average annual turnover related to Civil construction work is Tk. 10.00 lakh (Best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered). All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. (d) The required minimum line of credit is Tk. 04.00 lakh. (e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. (f) Up to date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate. (g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. (h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its amendment.
