01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractorshallbe (2) years.
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor under public sector of at least 01 contract of car maintenance successfully completed within the last 03years,each with a value of at least Tk. 90,000.00 (Tk Ninety Thousand).
03. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 80,000 (Tk Eighty Thousand) over the last 02 financial years .
04. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, oftheTenderers shall be Tk 90,000.00 (Tk Ninety Thousand).
05. The tenderer shall have valid BIN, trade license, Vat certificate, Income Tax certificate& latest PSR (Proof of Submitting Return), Up to date Bank solvency or bank statementbearing a date after the publication date of that tender on the e-GP platform etc.
