Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 04 (Four) lakhs under 01 (One) number of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required. 2. Experience in Civil construction /Re-construction/Repair/Re-building/Renovation/Rehabilitation works under a completed contract. 3. Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 05 (Five) lakhs over the last 05 (Five) years. 4. Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 03 (Three) lacs.
