Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: i) Up-to date trade license, VAT registration certificate from NBR, Income tax clearance certificate ii) The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be enclosed along with the tender documents 01. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. 02. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. iii) Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit in prescribed format (PW3-7) as shown in Tender and Contract Forms section. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,50,00,000 (BDT One Hundred and Fifty Lac Only) All uploaded certificate/License copy must be scanned from original certificate/License. iv) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 3,50,00,000 (BDT Three Hundred and Fifty Lac Only) v) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8,00,00,000 (BDT Eight Hundred Lac only) over the best 5 (Five) years of 10 (Ten) years vi) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3,00,00,000 (BDT Three Hundred Lac Only) under 1 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 5 (Five) years shall be required Special Instruction: If the tenderer quote more or less than 10% of official cost estimate, then the tender shall be considered as non-responsive
