a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;

3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or(Form PG2-7) Certificate must be issued between in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be is Tk 11,68,000/- Taka. publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier,
5. TIN certificate;
6. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2024-2025 or 2025-2026 year];
7. Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS and,
8.e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate./Business Identification Number.
