This Invitation is open to all qualified Tenderer as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer/Supplier to Manufacture Wooden and Steel Furniture Works/Goods shall be a minimum of 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in Supply of similar Goods(furniture) of at least 01 (one) contract i.e. any wooden furniture manufacture/supply successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least BDT Tk 700.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum BDT Tk 850.00 lac only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission with the standard format of BPPA(PG3-8).
4. A minimum supply/production capacity of Goods are (type: Secretariat Table, Conference Table, Chair, Sofa Set, Revolving chair, Cabinet/Bookshelf, Steel Almirah, ICU/CCU Bed, Patient Bed, Trolly or similar product) 17000 numbers of furniture per year during the last 03 (Three) years.
5.  At Factory Premises the Tenderer must have their Own Wooden and Steel Furniture Manufacturing Factory with standard manufacturer equipment & skilled manpower & Standard Automated Mechanical & Chemical Treatment(with Compressor & suction equipment containing minimum chamber pressure of 4 bar as per required time) (The factory must have seven tank/layer Process plant for Powder Coating of  steel furniture ) and Seasoning Plant(with automated control panel and minimum chamber temperature must be 55 degree Celsius as per required time) and Lacquer Plant.(All are functioning)
Attention: All other eligibility, special terms & conditions and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT.

6. Manufacturing Authorization Certificate is not Applicable. (Authorization is accepted only for imported items such as-EU standard ICU/CCU Bed)
7. The bidder must be the manufacturer to manufacture and install furniture. All furniture(except imported items) must be manufactured/assembled at the factory premises. Bidder must be sufficient production facility and should have experience related to manufacture hospital related furniture such as patient bed/Trolley.
8. The factory must have seven tank/layer Phosphating Process for Powder Coating of steel furniture, CNC Machine, Lacquer Machine, MIG Welding Machine, etc.
9. Up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC) is mandatory.
10. Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate.
