• Legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law • The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 years. • The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 2,50,000 /- (In Words: Taka Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand) • The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,70,000 /- (In Words: Taka Three Lakh Seventy Thousand)
